PHILIP MILTON
Philip Milton has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, asset-backed securities and energy production. A former principal of Stanford Capital, he originated and sold specialized loans and asset-backed securities. In addition, Mr. Milton co-founded a firm that bought and managed commercial and residential properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

ALAN MILTON
With over 20 years experience in early debt/equity and mezzanine stage investments, as well as project development in the public and private sectors, Alan Milton brings substantial expertise to originating and underwriting niche, high yield securities. He is a former principal and co-founder of Mantis Holdings, a private investment firm providing expansion capital to small, high growth companies; and of Energy Efficiency Capital Corporation, a company supplying capital and financial services to commercial, municipal and institutional customers throughout the Northeast.

THOMAS GURNEY
A more than 20 year veteran of mortgage banking and the real estate industry, Tom Gurney has been actively involved in the acquisition, syndication, rehabilitation and financing of multi-family and commercial real estate. In addition, he has formal credit training and extensive expertise in real estate appraisal and valuation, structured finance and fund management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Structured Finance and Mezzanine Investments at Stonehenge Partners, and is a co-founder of Stonehenge Capital, where he established a mezzanine debt fund. He previously served as Partner and Senior Vice President at Arbor National Mortgage, where he was responsible for more than $1.8 billion in structured transactions.

EVAN BINDER
Evan Binder’s more than 15 years of experience in structured finance, asset-backed lending, securitization and CP conduit finance origination and administration were acquired at top firms including Citicorp Securities, Aegis Holdings and CS First Boston. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Asset Backed Securities at Nomura Securities. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Group Head of US Securitization at ING. Throughout his career, he has established and run profitable groups responsible for multi-billion dollar transactions and portfolios.
